Nick Rota was the most help real estate agent I have dealt with. He helped me with the sale of a property in so many ways. Coaching some upgrades prior to sale, deciding best time to list, helping with his own army of contractors and resources. I am so grateful for his expertise, his constant availability and quick response times. This guy knows the market better than anyone I’ve encountered. I am extremely impressed and cannot recommend him enough.

He always picked up and had great rapport with the other local agents. Clearly he is well respected by his peers and this turned out to be an unexpected value add of working with him. He was able to speak very reasonably with other agents making the whole process extremely smooth.

I was looking for a Realtor in Denver and asked an old college friend, also a realtor, if he had any recommendations. He referred me to Nick Rota. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Nick was patient with my requests and helped me to find the property I wanted in a short amount of time. I mean, I wasn’t a very easy client. I was looking for an investment property that I could also live in. I didn’t have very specific parameters on how much I could spend but I did have a desired “return” in mind. So, with his finance background, Nick was able to find me a property, in the neighborhood I wanted, that lent me a return of 9%! He communicated with the property owner through the inspection process and got me more than I expected. His communication is always prompt, honest and caring. I felt I could trust him 100%. Nick even went out of his way on many occasions to help me out because of my difficulty of being so far away. Most importantly he is so agreeable to work with. We were able to agree on a sale price that was considered “too high” by many other realtors at that time. Yet, during the first week on the market we had 2 offers and the house was sold to the 2nd offer at a price very close to asking. The closing took place 29 days later. Nick’s helpful services and genuine kindness are very special and rare indeed in the realty business. I was so grateful I found Nick!!

Working with Nick to buy our home was seamless.  He accommodated our needs with our 6-month old baby while showing us homes, he suggested neighborhoods we would have never thought of, and he patiently took the time to show us and make offers on multiple homes until we found the perfect one.  We couldn’t have done it without him!
